Add suppliers feature #10

WAT

The first thing we need to create in order to be able to create an order is to have suppliers in groups. With this PR we'll be able to create new suppliers and list them.

I thought that I was missing something like that, the only thing is that it seems to me that src/containers/Group/Base.js is storing too much stuff. Let's talk about that.

It's true 👌 . Each child of Base.js should be connected to store. You can connect Proviiders/index.jsx to redux @connect. This way you don't need to pass providers from parent component.
