Onboarding with confirmation #37

I'm adding the input field for the confirmation date on the group creation form of the onboarding. I also fixed the validation so no requests reach the backend unless all fields are filled up, as it was happening.

Agree @enricostano. Perhaps we can merge this and figure it out in another PR were we only refactor? We'll have too many unrelated changes and this works already.
