WAT

[x] Structure both members and invitations in 2 columns
[x] Fetch invitation list (deferred)
[x] Fetch list of members. This implies fetch list of users for current user
[ ] ~~Add general group sidebar menu (make it responsive)~~ Not in this PR
[x] Check user's role to show/hide invitations form
[x] Send individual invitations.

Demo members

Still missing design. But at least members section is alive :) demo-member-with-invitations
