Port latest/more interesting changes from this project to Katuma.

This project is the base we took to start Katuma and still is in active development. So it's interesting to try to be in sync with it

This PR https://github.com/erikras/react-redux-universal-hot-example/pull/519 change the way we fetch data from server. It's related with your work here https://github.com/coopdevs/katuma-web/pull/2. So I would prefer fix the fetch thing first
