Stuff needed for go live list

• [x] CoopHull azure account set up
• [ ] live CI/CD pipeline
• [ ] DNS changeover
• [ ] github branches - will need a dev and main
• [ ] submit new sitemaps etc to google and bing to trigger recrawl

Also need to put some real data in the json files. Will only take me 10 minutes
