Add a membership section to the home page design #44

People need to be able to sign up to be a Cooperation Hull member on the website. We need a section on the homepage which has some copy and links to the sign up page

I also need to update the copy for the sign up form

How we think about our membership has changed, so it's not going to be on the home page. We just need to make sure there's a link in the nav bar. I've written some new copy for the sign up form in Figma
