Site background design #95

I think it would look good to have the off white be the background colour for the whole site, and have the other-coloured sections be "floating" - so they're not full width, maybe with rounded corners. I think this would make the site flow better as you scroll. At the moment it's a bit jarring going from one section to another

When working on this, also consider screens >1920px wide. At the moment we end up with white bars down either side, so it would be good to make it look more cohesive
