[x] vine_task_clone -> vine_task_addref (and likewise for other objects) @tphung3
[x] VINE_TASK_TYPE_LIBRARY_TEMPLATE/VINE_TASK_TYPE_LIBRARY_INSTANCE` @BarrySlyDelgado
[x] on completion of a library instance, vine_task_delete like every other task, and then one more vine_task_delete. @btovar
[x] vine_manager_remove_library should remove a reference when removing from the table @colinthomas-z80
[x] q->libraries should be q->library_templates @colinthomas-z80
