Some of the examples have diverged from the pictures on the web page, and are no longer visually appealing. I rearranged things so we can pick pretty workflows specifically for use as images. I also rolled two of the example images back to use previous workflow versions. BWA-GATK is still out of sync, but the .mf file used to generate the image doesn't seem to be in the repo's history, so I'm not sure where that came from. Perhaps @nhazekam has an old barcode file that generates that one?
