I have monitored all the makeflow examples except bwa-gatk and added the statistics result in website format generated from % resource_monitor_histograms

Great, you are on the right track and it looks like things are running well. However, the histograms are not what needs to be checked in here.

Instead, I would like you to summarize the resources consumed by each category of task, and then put them in the workflows directly, so that makeflow has access to the resource information at runtime, like this: https://ccl.cse.nd.edu/software/manuals/makeflow.html#rescat
