Increase text size in figures #27

As far as which text...all text within the figures themselves, only in the dashboard--legend, axis, labels, titles within the figures (for example, in Occupational Growth figure, "Number of Jobs"). Text size in briefs is fine.

Not sure, but seems like it may be an issue related to translating brief figures into dashboard figures.

Please implement before Oct 25, 2021: @piperkat will be presenting the dashboard to VA Dept. of Educ. on Oct 26.

It looks like the webpage embedding compresses the dashboard to the point where the enlarged text overlaps again in the education graphs https://ctetrailblazers.org/cc-dashboard-test/ Working on resolving this

Text overlap in the education graphs is resolved, at least on my screen, while maintaining higher visibility than what I started with.

@arthursmalliii @caneale320 , I don't seem to have permission to update the production dashboard at cte_trailblazers_cluster_analysis. It doesn't show up as a publishing option in RStudio.
