Describe the bug If an actor is born fx 22 September 1999 (Ella Cruz), she is reported as 21 years old already on 1 January 2020.
To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: Simply look at the actor in her view.
Expected behavior The actor shouldn't be 21 years old until the day after the date of her birthday.
Fixed in commit 4208f9b.
