Fixed --select offset
Fixed --url ignored argument in song.cr
Fixed youtube url validation
Fixed url encodings
Added --ask-skip: before every song on album/playlist, ask the user if he wants to skip the song or not.
Added a log which shows the video "title" before downloading: now it's immediately obvious when a wrong video is being downloaded.
