Correct openTypeOS2WeightClass to valid values #9

The OS2.usWeightClass values should be the multiples of 100 defined in http://www.microsoft.com/typography/otspec/os2.htm#wtc

I updated to values for a workaround noted by Adobe: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/opentype/afdko/topic_font_wt_win.html

Actually, this creates more problems in Inkscape and the Gimp, I removed the second commit. Adobe’s Source Sans Pro doesn’t use that workaround so I assume the issue is minimal.
