Create alfred for this #3

I'm thinking about creating something like this http://joelcalifa.com/blog/alfred-emoji-snippet-pack/

where emoji on macos could auto expand. maybe even better with related keyword like

:doc: :hotfix:

There are a bunch of vs code for this e.g https://github.com/Vtrois/gitmoji-vscode

This would be awesome! Emoji are still frustrating to type on most platforms.
