Estimated Mixed Logit parameters are inconsistant #7

The parameters estimated for Mixed Logit have a lot or variation between runs.

This could be caused by poor convergence, which could be related to #6.

This could also be caused by the initial values, or the optimisation method. Test random initial parameters and perhaps a different optimisation method

The mean cost also varies between runs, so this could just be a optimisation issue. Try another optimisation method.
