Deal with the differing levels of support for 64 bit time_t #325

by casting to long long int. On operating systems which only support 32-bit time this should be a noop. Tested on a 1st gen Raspberry Pi with Raspbian, NetBSD-HEAD i386 & OpenBSD-current i386.
