more than 4GB limit #348

Chilli has CoovaChilli-Max-Total-Octets:14559, 3:Integer but Integer has limited to 4GB to count. Modern networks need to have more octets to limit.

Implementation of CoovaChilli-Max-Total-Gigawords is needed.

Im not using freeradius. My goal is to set all attrs and leave NAS alone. My accounting server not correlated with auth server. So accountind dont khow about limits.
