macallowlocal and interval options #380

I think there is a problem with interval option :

The interval option let coova re-load its configuration file. But when the configuration is automatically reloaded, the macallowed declared (in combination with macallowlocal) don't works anymore.

Is there a side-effect with interval option ?

After testing, macallowed issue is not linked with interval option ...
