I have inherited a project from a previous engineer who set coova as a AAA system and im a little stuck, it seems that users are being locked in by a MAC address, this means if i want to change the throttling options they will get previously saved ones and the system sees their device and give them a different throttling rates to the ones i need to give them.
Any idea where the setting is, either so i can delete it or change it to be the radgroup!?
we are meant to be using radgroups to be able to throttle users and at the moment my users should be getting around 1.5mb and then 1mb once they have downloaded 100mb of data. If you have used the system before it seems to give a previous 256kbs throttle.
