Default uamlogoutip and uamaliasip need to be changed #434

Cloudflare now use 1.1.1.1, 1.0.0.1, 1.0.0.0 and probably others in this ip range. It can have side effects when using those ip addresses with coova. This is not a big issue, because we can change them easyly in config files, but it can be inconvenient.

As a side comment, who is really using these addresses? Isn't enough to use uamip+uamport for logging out? What is uamlogoutip useful for?

Captive portal website close when user is logged in (On android and safari in app). So, tt is very usefull for end user to give them a simple domain to hit with dns pointing to this ip. It disconnect user and redirect him to captive portal website.

And do people use it to log out? In my experience, people will shut down its Wi-Fi (if anything) instead of logging out.

Maybe skilled people could see it useful.

People just shut down wifi when it's free ! When they buy paper ticket with limited time, they use logout to save time. Commonly, there is an indication on ticket in order to call a web domain for that.
