Add SHA256 in PAP authentication #565

Change MD5 hashing method to SHA256 hashing method for PAP authentication to improve security. Thanks to Gando and StaringCat.

this patch does not patch anything. it adds new files to a wrong directory and does not change any makefile. so the files will not be used nor compiled
