I do not receive SMS #1

Hello I am in full test of the API google firebase auth phone but when the execution I do not receive any error but I receive no SMS when I debug I report that the method PhoneAuthProvider.OnverificationStateChangedCallback does not execute

What do I get blocked for 2 days When I integrated the file google-services.json

I solved my problem I had forgotten the key of encoding SHA1 that must be generated on Android studio
