Add-On stops after deleting 4 entries (>1000 contacts) #13

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Make sure your Thunderbird address book has over 1,000 contacts
2. Run duplicate-contact-manager-for-thundebird 
3. Click Apply and Continue each time a contact is found

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the program to go on searching. Instead, the  program stops short 
after 4 items and says "That's it"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.6 on Windows Vista

This issue is more than a year old, and is one that makes your add-on virtually
worthless for anyone with a large address book with multiple duplicates. Do you
intend to fix it anytime soon, or should I give up and just de-dup manually?
