Ability to select individual fields from cards to keep #29

When a duplicate is found it would be nice to have the ability to select
between the cards which fields to keep.

Example: Both cards contain information that is relevant.  

Solution:  
 1) Add radio selection to each field. 
 2) Each radio defaults to kept vcard.
 3) If additional info in secondary card is available and not in kept vcard
then it is selected instead of kept vcard field.

This would make for a more robust and true duplicate "merge".

p.s.  TB3 Patch is working for me using TB3b4  with a few mods.
