Search hangs in Thunderbird 3.1.7 #39

Steps:
1. Select address book in tree of books
2. Menu "Duplicate / Find ...."
3. Press "Start" button

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: search process and results
Detected: UI shows that search in progress, but no CPU usage, no results even 
only 1 address in book.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Environment: Ubuntu 10.04, Thunderbird 3.1.7.
Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.9.2.13) Gecko/20101208 
Lightning/1.0b2 Thunderbird/3.1.7
