DCM does not find the address book's name when started from AddressBookTab #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. With AddressBookTab 
(https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/thunderbird/addon/addressbooktab/) installed 
the address book can be opened in a tab.
2. The DCM menu is available within the tab and it can be run from it.
3. DCM says that it will search 'Untitled Address Book' instead of the selected 
address book in its start page. When run, just runs blank without stopping 
until stopped manually.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Should see name of current address book on start page when running DCM. Instead 
it says 'Untitled Address Book'.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using Ubuntu Hardy with Thunderbird 3.1.7, AddressBookTab 1.3.2 and Duplicate 
Contact Manager 0.7.1
