XML Parsing Error: undefined entity #42

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. click Dubletten suchen und Entfernen

Should open the tool but getting an error message instead:

XML Parsing Error: undefined entity
Location: chrome://duplicatecontactsmanager/content/duplicateEntriesWindow.xul
Line Number 30, Column 4:           <checkbox id="autoremove" 
label="&handleDuplicates.removeWithoutAsking;"/>
------------------------^

Thunderbird 7 on MacOS X Snow Leopard, version 0.8.1 of the extension.

Yes, this could be probably closed as a duplicate of #41
