XML-error; not defined entity #46

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Personal Adressbook (German)
2. Click "Find Dublettes" 
3. A popup with error shows up and nothing happens.

If you need translation on that please tell me. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
