Work Over 1000 Google Contacts #47

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Don't understand why Google Contacts are producing duplicates
2. Allow Duplicate Manager to function up to 5000 contacts (I had 3500 contacts 
(all but 200 were duplicates) in google contact list)
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I don't have to spend 15 minutes hitting the button on every duplicate contact.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Latest version of Thunderbird and just downloaded latest Duplicate Contact 
Manager

I am not sure what this ticket is about. Yes, better auto-detection of duplicates would be lovely, but otherwise I don’t know how to avoid the poor guy hitting the button (whichever button it is).

I would close this one without mercy.
