Match contents extend below fixed size window

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. "First collect...present them interactively." 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected: See the action buttons below the entry matches.
See: Address fields fill the window. Only the top 20% of the buttons are 
visible, button text below window. Cannot resize or scroll window.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v.9.1, Win 7

seems to be the same as number 48....
