What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set to automatically delete totally identical contacts
2. Search

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I would expect it to delete all contacts that are exactly the same, however, it 
keeps contacts (asks me which one to keep) when they are identical but for the 
popularity rating, which is different (because 1 contact has been imported from 
a different address book, presumably).

Duplicate-contact-manager should ignore popularity rating when deciding whether 
to delete duplicates in this case (i would argue that it should choose the 
higher popularity rating - in my case one always had a 0 rating, and the other 
was the true - but the other option would be to add the two together).

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.9.2, on linux (debian), icedove 17.
