Depends on the permissions you have I suppose. As an "end user", you can sync the list to Outlook, copy the addresses to your contact list and create a "contact group", which you can then address. If you want others in the company to be able to use the group, you will have to create it as a Distribution group in the GAL, and for that you need the necessary permissions on Exchange side.

Lars og Marie vil gerne have lavet et system hvor hvert projekt (eventuelt gemt visning) bliver en destributionsliste, så de kan sende mails med information ud til prjektdeltagerne.

sende en maail på en gang til fx et kursus søger i projekter, finder hold, skrive en mail hvor man skriver det pågældende projekt ind i afsender feltet

når de inviterer til sommerfests, skal vi kunne sende mail til samtlige kunder på en gang
