When Packing with amalgalite-pack amagalite_require_order differes from amagalite_needs #7

When packing amagalite into a database, it misses itself since the array _amalgaliteneeds is full path and _Amalgalite::Packer.amalgalite_requireorder is relative path

This appears to only happen in 1.9.
