Design and fabricate a PCB for the tower's control circuit.

Ask the technical team if it can be done with Fritzing or has to be done with Altium.

I'm thinking we'll do a two-for-one on this one as it could be beneficial for teaching electronics as well, which means working on this with Steve at the VCH-0646.
