Picture Uploads not working for me. #14

I just tried to upload a picture. from IE9 and Chrome and I got this error message (pop up window) You can only upload JPEG Gif and PNG. My file is JPEG. I will try Firefox and is not working Either.

I just upload a picture and I didn't have any issues in IE9.. I will try other browser

Yeah, it could be that because I am tracking IP addresses so if it is changing then it may throw up errors.
