I think is a time zone issue #17

When I post something it said that was posted two hours ago. Could it be a time issue, or a time zone issue? How is that calculated. Based on the current computer which loaded the page? Anyway How would you make the website display that a brag was posted a minute or two ago or an hour or two ago if one person from NY and one from LA are looking at the same brag?
