Added height/width and svg format to dia file #54

Only added for the html output if dot-image-format is set to svg \diafile will output dia files as svg

also if width / heigth is added to \diafile the generared image html tag fill have width= height= added and if the dot-image-format is png width and height argument is added to the call to dia.
