implement kick-in #2

if a player-1 makes a safety shot and player-2 makes a kick-in, the safety must not be evaluated as error
if a player makes a kick-in during his turn, probably a position error must be added

To do this, a section must be added at the top where kick-ins can be registered. This was something I had not realised and therefore had not planned for. It will require some work

implemented only the first one. The second one I am not sure and would leave as is. At the moment I only added the "first shot kick-in" button.
