Add blacklist for items going into backpacks #237

I'm making a modpack, and I want to prevent players from placing certain items (Like forestry backpacks and jabba dolly's) into backpacks. The examples I gave are often considered exploits to be able to place them in backpacks from mods.

I always though that's not necessary, as you can only ever carry one BetterStorage backpack with you. It basically works like a portable chest.

Not sure if the amount of work required to make it proper would be worth it. I'd have to create a new setting, possibly validate it, make sure it syncs to players, make it work in the config GUI (knowing me, I wouldn't be happy unless I create an item selection element, lots of work?), ...
