[suggestion] Option to disable accessing backpack when placed in-world

to require players to have to wear it to access it.

As a 2nd suggestion that's tied to it, perhaps a way to only allow 1 backpack per person.

That sounds counter-intuitive. What's the reasoning behind that?

And what do you mean by one backpack per person? You already can have only one backpack that actually contains items on any single player.

Derp. I didn't fully test it and see that if you break a backpack in survival it drops all the items therein. Ty
