Add more breaking recipes

Breaking recipes are custom recipes for breaking (currently only wooden) items back into their ingredients, often using a tool (axe for wooden items).

Going through this, I remember why I didn't add breaking recipes for these. They may be made with different materials, but would have to turn into oak planks, which is a little silly.

Too bad Minecraft doesn't have a material system, where a wooden item or block would just be made from one or multiple wood materials, and everything would already use this system.

I'm going to expand the list up top a little and leave the idea hanging for a bit. Meanwhile, I'm reducing the default log / planks, and have the axe recipe return the default amount.
