Custom ore generation (using CoFH Core)

Ores should be less common to favor exploration, caving, mining and actually building automated mining systems (with for example the thumper from Flaxbeard's). Here's the changes I'm imagining:

• [x] Make regular ore veins less common (4x to 6x less)
• [x] Make regular ore veins slightly bigger
• [x] Generate large, rare clusters of ores
• [ ] Generate huge, super rare clusters / fractals of some ore types (motherload!!)
• [ ] Readd Biomes O' Plenty biome specific gem spawning
