Enable/Disable Private Mode using the tray icon #363

I very much prefer the information displayed when Private Mode is disabled, but 
there are lots of times I don't want folks seeing the extra details.

It would be fantastic if I could right-click on the tray icon and enable or 
disable private mode without launching the preferences dialog.
