[Bug] local variable 'mel_input' referenced before assignment #517

From what I can tell, that variable is not in scope, so how is this code supposed to work?

It looks like the mellotron tacotron fmin fmax was bounded to reject the file sizes I had since they are long. I have no idea why or how this code is supposed to work but relaxing the rejection filter for length fixed this (in config.json).
