Does SUSHI connect on Localhost/Local IP? #717

Could you please confirm whether I can access the SUSHI on Localhost/Local IP? If yes, what are the configurations that I have to do? I have opened the 80 and 443 ports. However, it is not connecting. Also, I am not able to add new login. It is loading forever. Could you please help with this issue?

Now I am able to connect the SUSHI on localhost and it is working for a few platforms. However, Add new login option is not working.
