• Explain purpose of this new project and why was forked out of original php-ai/php-ml
  • Lack of support and response from author in gitlab.
  • Obtain code support/contributions from former contributors to original project.
  • Add more contributors around the new project.
• Add new features to satisfy new requirements.
  • More flexible and customizable K-Means implementation
  • Migrate underlaying SVM implementation to be platform/architecture independent.
• Document changes and new classes (so far):
  • RegExpTokenizer (based on @samhocevar) work
• Update links in current doc to point to internal doc/*.md instead readthedocs website. ...

Hi there! I don’t want to be unfairly credited: the work you refer to appears to be done by @angeloskath (I just happened to write the license they used).

Edit: I couldn’t help having a look at that code; I suggest adding re and ll to the English contraction regex on line 18. 😊
