Update explorer link icon in tx metadata to use glyph and update color for light/dark modes #3483

We currently use an icon that feels a little too big for the small area of our tx metadata tables and can be easily replaced with the Inter glyph for northEastArrow

At the time this was designed, we also didn't have the blue link color available so we can use this for that too

Although we use the arrow elsewhere (like shown below), I don't think we should globally replace it with the glyph in those places, so this ticket is only for the tx table
