hapcodec.dll from windows installer does not seem to register? #2

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installer run
2. Try some software (GraphEdit)

3. I can't RenderFile() on the sample files, or play them in WMP or other other 
DirectShow player.  I tried regsrv32 on the \windows\system32\hapcodec.dll but 
it failed to load.  I checked the registry entries and they look like they do 
in the .inf  

Is there any requirements like dependencies?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The codec to appear GraphEdit

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Installer from http://www.renderheads.com/portfolio/HapDirectShow/ on fresh Win 
7 Ultimate 32-bit installation.

Please provide any additional information below.

Worked out I needed to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable 
Package (x86)

no warning led to this confusions, also sorry for the duplicate issue.
