Look into deploying documentation to Heroku #30

Since GitHub pages does not support HTTPS (and we had difficulties getting the custom domain to work with GitHub pages and CloudFlare), we may want to look at other options.

@gabelula suggested Heroku, with the possibility of automating a deploy to Heroku from GitHub upon a commit/merge to master. Heroku should give us more flexibility.

The docs have been successfully deployed to Heroku: coralprojectdocs.herokuapp.com
